How to Apply
Step 1: Explore Programs
Browse through our offered programs under PMF and FBISE categories to select the one that aligns with your
academic background and career goals.
Step 2: Check Eligibility
Ensure you meet the minimum eligibility criteria for your desired program (Matric Science or Arts depending on
program type).
Step 3: Collect Required Documents
Prepare the following documents for submission:
• 4 Passport-size photographs (Sky Blue Background)
• 4 Copies of Matric Result Card (Colored In case of Pharmacy Technician Category – B Program)
• 4 Copies of Student CNIC / B-Form (Colored In case of Pharmacy Technician Category – B Program)
• 4 Copies of Father/Guardian CNIC (Colored In case of Pharmacy Technician Category – B Program)
• NOC or Migration Certificate (For F. Sc Programs)
• Matric Departmental Verification (For PMF Diploma Programs)
• Hifz Certificate (If applicable)
• Affidavit (Provided at campus)
Step 4: Submit Application Form
• Visit the Admission Office at ICAHS Gujrat campus for walk-in submission.

• Fill out our online application form available on our website.
OR
• Fill the Admission form through Google by CLICK ON LINK
Step 5: Pay Admission Fee
• Pay a non-refundable Admission fee.
• Payment can be made via bank deposit or at the college campus
Step 6: Attend Interview & Counseling
• Appear for the interview and counseling session as scheduled by the Admission Office
Step 7: Receive Admission Confirmation
• If selected, you will receive a confirmation call/message
• Submit the required tuition fee to secure your seat
